FOB points are points you can earn on every purchase you make when you sign up for the Clarks Collective loyalty program. There is no membership fee required. You can start earning FOB points the moment you have created your Clarks Collective account ready.

FOB points will be credited into your loyalty account after the 14-day return window is up. 1 SGD spent is equal to 1 FOB point for Connect & Community tiers, and 1 SGD spent is equal to 1.5 FOB points for our top Circle tier.

You can redeem your FOB points by converting them into a voucher to offset your next purchase at any of our Clarks stores and clarks.sg. Do note that once you have converted your points into a voucher, that voucher must be used within 1 month. Expiry of the voucher without any use will mean that your points are forfeit.

Unfortunately yes. The FOB points will expire in 12 months from the time that it is credited into your loyalty account.

It's your choice! You can use them all at once or save them up for a special occasion. However, please note that they expire with 12 months.

To maintain your Clarks Collective tier status, you must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 365 days of qualifying for that tier.
- Connect Members: You will be in this tier if you do not spend SGD 350 or more within 12 months.
- Community Members: Spend SGD 350 - SGD 699 within 12 months to maintain your status.
- Circle Members: Spend SGD 700 or more within 12 months to maintain your status.

You can use your birthday reward within 30 days of your birth date. Eg. If your birthday falls on 8 February, your birthday discount is applicable for 30 days from 8 February.

Unfortunately no. You can only earn FOB points when you shop at all Clarks stores operated by C & J Clark (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore.

Yes. However, we are sorry to have to see you go. Should you wish to continue with deletion, do feel free to contact our customer service with your registered email address.
Please note that once your account is deleted:
- We will not retain any of your records, including details of your past orders & transactions with us.
- Any FOB points previously earned and current vouchers will be forfeited.
- You will not be able to participate in any members-only events and rewards.
- You will not be receiving any marketing emails that relate to promotions and other loyalty-related communications.
- However, you may receive certain transactional emails from us should you place new orders in the future or from user-initiated communications with us.
