I e-mailed literally 1 day after I placed the order to change to a bigger size because I realised Clark’s shoes were smaller than represented, but was told that it couldn’t be changed and that I had to wait for the shoes to come and pay for it to be returned and then place a fresh order. I would understand if the product was shipped or going to be shipped so my request couldn’t be accommodated. But the product was only shipped out more than 1 week later so I really don’t understand why you couldn’t just change to a bigger size. Thankfully the shoes are just nice because it’s wide fit. Product is fine by customer service is really bad and disappointing.
